Born in the creative pulse of Rochester in Upstate New York, Samantha Tay has always seen the world through a lens of transformation—an ever-shifting interplay of form and movement. A graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Art, she refined her craft while embracing the unpredictable, the fluid, and the beautifully distorted.
